How AgentAudit works — methodology & data transparency
How AgentAudit measures listing-agent performance: the data sources, the Price Accuracy Ratio (PAR), how composite scores are computed from published formulas, and our Path C honesty rules. AgentAudit does not rank agents — sellers see the math and decide.
What we measure
- Days on market (DOM) versus the local city average.
- Sale-to-list ratio versus the local city average.
- Price Accuracy Ratio (PAR) — how closely an agent's list prices track final sale prices.
- Marketing quality — professional photography, video tour, 3D walkthrough, and paid digital promotion.
Our honesty rules
Every metric shows its source, snapshot date, and sample size. AgentAudit composes scores only from published formulas — never subjective judgment — and never ranks agents or accepts paid placement. Sellers see the math and decide.
